1. bit.e should be part of Euphoria language
I have always wondered why there was a hole in the Euphoria language dealing
with bitwise functions. And by chance I saw and downloaded Bit Operations by
Juergen Luethje since it was updated after a few years. And then I used it and
sent my source of my program to someone. But I forgot about bit.e since in my
mind it is part of Euphoria. So, who ever makes this decision should include
bit.e in the distribution. It comes with documentation.

I have no objection to includeing "bit.e" in the distribution.
