1. Hawke????

Hello All,

Is Hawke (A.K.A Mike De Land) still around? If not does anyone know
where I can get a copy of his EuServe program. I can't seem to find it
in the Archives. I lost the copy I had, and had been using.

Thanks in Advance.

Try please:

file is eusrv203.zip, about 230K

Maybe this is just your real target.

If you wish I can post that zip to you privately.

Site is down, xoom doesn't exist anymore, they got bought out, and the
buyer stopped hosting webpages.

This case shows clearly -- EU community needs the
reserved copies of all EU software.

I think, the good practice may be *sending*
to RDS of all our conributed software.

Then Rob will can give us the choice for downloading
from the original our hosts or from RDS's native
hosts as more stable the 'mirrors' of our hosts.
And just delete *one* of *two* links from
The Archive when our host stopped hosting webpages
on any constant reason.

Why not ?

Is RDS the main Web site of EU sites
or no, it is not ? smile

I have a copy of EuServ 2.04 which I could e-mail to you if you
want...

Rob, the links to all Hawke's stuff in the archive are broken, which
is pity cos he wrote some cool stuff :) You want me to send you EuServ
so you can put it back in the Archive?

10. Re: Hawke????

I was only able to find one of the links you submitted. Andrew Mitchell has
redone part of his website, which is why the link broke.

DOS: Source Backup Utility 2K Andrew Mitchell Feb 2/99
   is now at http://members.tripod.com/Ajmitchell/Programming/projects.html
His main site is at http://members.tripod.com/Ajmitchell/index.html
