Is the source code of eu include procedures for reading
simplified ex file, such as
if = #81
end = #82
then = #83
etc.

The publicly-distributed source code can read
the byte-codes for keywords etc.,
but it doesn't understand the "scrambling" algorithm
used by the binder.
