1. new to euphoria

I'm currently investigating euphoria for an upcoming project. I'm
noticing a few things. Euphoria is fast, easy to learn, and versatile.
I couldn't belive the speed differance between python and euphoria. I'm
looking for some games, written in euphoria, for Linux as an example of
whats graphicly fesiable with this language. Is there a site dedicated
to Linux programming with euphoria? I'm also curious to know what other
programmers are using it for?

The closest thing I'm aware of is David Cuny's Llama (I believe it's
unfinished, but it should get you started). You can find it at:

www.lanset.com/dcuny/home.htm

I have made an updated version, avaliable form my web site, of Llama.

http://www.geocities.com/jbrown105/llamagtk_tar_gz.html

It has a few more controls, and removes the need for a Canvas widget.

Hmmm... I tried clicking on this and got a 404, same for
www.geocities.com/jbrown105/ (without the filename). Is there a typo?

Hi,

I'm using it to write a client for Jabber Instant Messaging, see:

http://marvin-jabber.sourceforge.net/

I use Euphoria mainly because I find it way more enjoyable to program
in :)
