i used datetime.e and got difference between 12:50 and 0:0 and multiplied
that with 1000 to get milliseconds and it matched with that strange number,
only some offset was left.
the last case (1:28) it turned out to be hour of the next day, not same day,
so that must be bug in program i got installed.

> And I repeat my previous question: Where did you get this data from?

i got it from some database which uses some other program which is installed
on my computer.
