To join the WebRing you need to pick a user id and password, so you can edit your site's information in the future. They don't even ask you for your name. http://v.webring.com/wrman?ring=euphoria&addsite Each time you login I imagine they give you a cookie so they can keep track of you while you are navigating their site.
