strtok-v2.e. Numerous enhancements, all but wildtok() is backwards
compatable with v1.

"*c*" will no longer match "abc"

I located two bugs in strtok-v2.e:
one in deltok()
one in instok()
Both are typos.
fixed now, but not uploaded to webpage yet, adding sorttok()
