I am new at Euphoria mail list, anyone can help me with a location of a
program capable to edit, create and put in a .EX file sprites.

You should be able to use any graphics programs that supports BMP format.
Euphoria can read BMP up to 256 colors.
Also other people have written routines that can import .PCX and GIF files.
I believe these are available on the RDS homepage.
