1. RE: Euphoria site

Hi

Sadly, I think it died, there were some DOS attacks, and it may have
been hacked (as Kat says), and there wasn't much input anyway - which is
a big shame, because thats the way most of the other programming sites
do it - inertia away from topica I suppose. Any way, I've already given
my reasons why I prefer BBs, but I do still think topica has had its
day.

Not me. I read topica using Mozilla. I have the Euphoria list
bookmarked. No problem.

So you see no ads, you get all the emails, you are not affected by the lag, or
when topical goes down, and all your emails get thru?

4. RE: Euphoria site

I always use the web interface, I tried the e-mail delevery, but
messages often were delayed by 3 hours. My ad blocker takes care of
(most) of the banner adds.
I also hate the text ads:

1. I sortuv don't notice them.
2. Topica has to make a living.

So far as I know.

Nope.

Dunno. Don't recall trying to get an email thru when topica was down.
