Various people asked for updates to move to the
top of the Recent User Contributions page.
This will be done from now on.

As for the Archive page, I guess you'll
still have to scan for the yellow "updated"
word. It's only on files updated within the past
1 or 2 months roughly. If it's a major update
the author should feel free to post a message
to this list.
