1. [OT] Term Is...?
Hey! Got a call from a friend... she needs a term to describe the following:
ABC company was contracted to do a POS system.
They had less than 12 hours to deploy it.
They did so successfully.
What would be a good description of if they hadn't been able to do that...
We want to make ABC look like the hero.
I know we have some IT guys around here, so let me have your thoughts.

I believe the term you are looking for is "normal"
