1. Known bugs?

Are there any known bugs related to MS-DOS window scrolling?

On all of the programs that I write, whenever the printed text gets
to the bottom, strange things start to happen.  Double lined spacing,
text_color(COLOR) calls don't work correctly anymore, etc.
Everything works fine until you get to the bottom of the screen and
the text starts scrolling.

I'm new and everything, and probably shouldn't be so blatantly
posting to this list without first seeing what's going on, but is
there anyone who knows about this?
