Hullo All , hope you are having a nice day!! I was planning (and of course still I am!! :)) to "create" a programming magazine (nothing so spectacular), and I think it would be great if the staff were composed by people from all over the world..... Is it important to be a genius to write articles for this magazine? No, of course it's not... (If you're not sure, please have a look at me!! :) ) The only things you must have are a basic knowledge about the topic you're going to write about (obviously), and (may be) pleasure (or something like that :) ) to computers programming .... The programming language, topic and everything else will be your choice... And of course, you can take your holidays whenever you want to... :) Source code to publish in the magazine will also be appreciated, and much more if it has a brief description an explanation about how it works and what it is indended to do... I think it would be great if someone wanted to create the snippets of this mailing list.... He'd have to recollect source codes and explanations posted in this mailing list, put them together, and send them to me, so that I could include them in the magazine... Of course, I'll be able to do it if the list owner doesn't tell me that I can't... Anyway, think he won't have any problem... It will be distributed on the Internet, and in several BBSs from all over the world. Possibly, there will be a mailing list. There will be an English edition and a Spanish edition. Probably, it will be translated to German, too. If you speak another language and want to translate the magazine to it, I'll be pleased if you did that.... So, if you are interested in writing articles, creating the snippets of this mailing list, sending me source code, and/or you are interested in distributing the magazine (BBS, WWW page, FTP, etc.), e-mail me at gstuff at siscor.bibnal.edu.ar NOTE: The magazine will be 100% FREEWARE -=> Yours sincerely, Fernando Ariel Gont <=- e-mail: FGont at siscor.bibnal.edu.ar e-mail "Good Stuff!"
