I can't get to the RDS site today. I get either URL not defined or
Network Error; Reset by peer.
Is the RDS site down? If not, my ISP is having problems again.

I have updated my Russian translation
of the RDS site at 10h 17m MSK today.
Downloading of RDS's htmls was OK.

Downloading IS ok from S.Peter, Russia
