It's not your whole system that crashes(though to the Linux-newbie
who just sees the cute KDE interface and not the real power of Linux
itself, it is), it's X. If this ever happens, remember the "three-
fingered salute:" Control+Alt+Backspace

Correction: The OTHER three-fingered salute. THE three-fingered
salute is Micro$oft's CTRL-ALT-DEL (TM*)
* Not a real trademark, except for the fact it does something across
all M$ OpSys' :)
