While we're on the subject: You might try turning off HTML also. You are probably not aware, but anyone viewing your posts as plain text will see your message, followed by a HTML version (i.e. whole mess of tags & text) This gives you pretty fonts and stuff, but swells you message to about 3 times its origional size :( This _may_ also help stop your attachments getting chopped up along the way. I have posted this publicly as there are pleanty of others who are also sending HTML messages. I think Outlook(& others) do this by default, but I'm sure there's an option to turn it off somewhere. Pretty text is a bit redundant in a discussion forum. Graeme
