PowerBasic? DLL maker? Usually, BASIC and Windows are two things that
don't go hand in hand...why don't you get LCC-Win32? It's free. It's
at www.cs.virginia.edu/~lcc-win32/ and comes with a great IDE for
making windowed programs, console programs, DLLs, and all that stuff.
But then, I couldn't get my DLLs to work...so, get Linux! Every shared
library I compile works with exu.
