What program do you suggest to download torrents on WinXP.
I'm using bittorrent. I can't understand why this program
takes a lot of memory (up to 700Mb)

It depends on how you set it, like number of global connections,
number of peers per torrent, number of upload slots per torrent,
etc., you permit. These settings will affect the number of concurrent
threads thus the need of more (or less) memory. Sort of... ;)

I recently downloaded Azureus Vuze and got a lot of viruses downloading or
using it.
So be careful.

Can you say specifically that you got the viruses from
downloading or using "Vuze" rather than from using the programs
you downloaded via "Vuze"?
