I think Theo meant something to put into a setup for a distributed program
so it would be "automatic" that the *application user* could then just
double-click on a Euphoria program and have it run, without asking the
*application user* to do the associating to the interpreter. I don't think
he was referring to the *programmer* needing help associating their own
Euphoria programs to the interpreter on their own systems.
