This is a known bug with Euphoria. Sometimes (and always if debug is on),
Windows cannot subclass a combobox. This is only a real problem if you are
adding tooltips to the combo's edit area or trapping mouse events in the
combo's edit area. If you are not doing this, just click on the "NO" button
on the warning message dialog and it won't repeat the message for the rest
of the application.

We are trying to find a work around or fix but nothing seems to work yet.

I could get it to always ignore the message, but it really shouldn't happen.
So I'm choosing to keep it there as a reminder that I need to solve this
problem.
