1. wxEuphoria Problem with Grid

If a cell is wider than the window, I can't edit the content. To test:

1. Open the toolbar_notebook_grid demo
2. Click on a cell and enter some data. No problem.
3. Widen the window as far as possible.
4. Widen a cell as far as possible.
5. Reduce the width of the window itself so that the cell cannot be
   completely seen.
6. Now try to edit the cell.
