1. win32eru.exw for WIN32LIB has been updated Atten: Alex

Alex and others:

   I have just sent RDS an update to my win32eru.exw
   I added a global function for RCDATA that returns
   user data, uncompressing it and returning it in a sequence.

   It will probably won't appear until a little later.
   The new version is 8.25

I just donwloaded what I thought was the new version, but it v8! The improvement
sounds great!
