If, like me, you sometimes loose routines in too many include files, or you want to search all the files in your Euphoria directory for something.. Look no further! I tried using the Google Desktop search tool for this but without using plugins it doesn't count EU files as text and it also only indexes the first x bytes of a file.. I've now switched to the free 'Copernic Desktop Search' http://www.copernic.com/en/products/desktop-search/ . I've found this to be far better than Googles one - it is much more configurable, you can specify exactly which folders it should index and you can tell it the actual format of file types. i.e. You can specify that the Eu files types like EXW EX etc are actually text, and you can set your own limit on the maximum size of files to index etc etc. Also for the paronoid amongst you, Copernic does not report back to its home on you. I used the free version of another of their products (the excellent 'Copernic Agent') for years for searching the web before I found Google 'to be my friend'. Now, as you can guess, I'm sold on their desktop search enough to want to recommend it here. Regards PeteS
