Jiri, getting this error message:
A:\INSTALL.EXE:399 in procedure Unpack()
subscript value 105217 is out of bounds, reading from a sequence of =
length 105216
Can you check your Unpacker and see if it works without a hitch? The =
files I'm packing/unpacking range in size from 375KB to 518KB.

ck, I finally tracked the bugger! An offset I thought could never be
greater than 255 may be under special circumstances up to 256. The
attached zipped files have the required corrections and should be ok
now. I am playing tennis all weekend, interclub competitions are
starting again, but if I get a couple of hours free, I'll try to
optimize the routines a bit before sending them to Rob. But it's not
going to make that much difference, if any, so you might just as well
use these. Functionally they will be identical anyway.
It's 2.15 am, I better get some sleep. jiri
