In that case I also vote for C/PM (Hey! Don't laugh too hard, it's still
out there). 
And more seriously, how about EPOC OS or PALM OS? Failing that, ANYTHING
which runs on a CPU which has its strings Little-Ended, and uses Continuous
Memory Addressing and non-insane compilers (hint, none of these chips start
with either an 'X' or an '8'). Or uses RISC binaries.
