1. ex.err

Hey all,
Why does my ex.err now save to C:\Program Files\Accessories? I never told it
to do that, it was saving to the desktop so i could just click on it there
and see it. The ed now looks for it in C:\Program Files\Accessories now too.
What could have happened?
My autoexec has:
SET EUDIR=D:\EUPHORIA

If you're running it from a shortcut, the working directory might be
c:\program files\accessories.

I have been running from a shortcut since i got Eu, so why did it chage now?
And how do i change it back?

First I have a question. Are my replys double sending?
Kat, You can fix your shortcut problem by doing the following.
Right click on the shortcut and select properties.
You will then see the following.
Target: C:\program\directory\and\filename.exe
--------------------------
Start in: "C:\Program Files\Accessories"
Shortcut Key: None
Run: Normal window

5. Re: ex.err
In Euphoria 2.1 and earlier, ex.err is always written to the
current directory. Sometimes, especially with Windows programs,
it is not obvious what the current directory is. ed looks in the
current directory for ex.err.
In Euphoria 2.2 you can specify the directory and filename
where you want diagnostics to be written, by calling
crash_file(filename).
