1. [ANN] Conversion of "ex.err"

Hi all,

I've submitted "ErrConv 1.0" to RDS' User Contibutions Page.
It contains a generic include file and program, that converts Euphoria's
"ex.err" file to 2 other files. Strings magically will become readable.
=> The file "[path]ex_n.err" will show the contents of all sequences as numbers.
=> The file "[path]ex_s.err" will show sequences as strings, if possible.

Thanks to Antonio Alessi for "exerr_reader.exw", which provided the idea
for this program.

ErrConv should even allow an Eu 2.5 program to convert its own "ex.err"
file after a crash. So this is probably the first program for Eu 2.5. :o)
