goto http://www.t13.org/
get 1532D AT Attachment - 7 with Packet Interface (ATA/ATAPI - 7)
Volume 1: http://www.t13.org/docs2004/d1532v1r4b%20ATA-ATAPI-7.pdf
Volume 2: http://www.t13.org/docs2004/d1532v2r4b%20ATA-ATAPI-7.pdf
Volume 3: http://www.t13.org/docs2004/d1532v3r4b%20ATA-ATAPI-7.pdf

However, you may want to just get a really old ata-1 doc, for simple IO.

Thanks. I had gone to t13.org before and found only ftp addresses, which
were all 404. It's a very confusing site, with nothing dated, and nothing labled
as "Definitive Specs For Anything".

Looks like there is only 8 commands for ATA-1? wow.

Thanks,
Kat

Well five minutes after I replied, I replied again with a zip, that aparently
didn't
go through. So here its on my website, for you to download.
http://nightangles.com/atazip.zip

It only works in dos, no dosbox. And if euphoria crashes while the ata commands
are in flight, it will currupt the next file that gets opened(namly the ex.err).
