And I have just updated my "Bilingual Toolkit".
It has the syntax coloring for win32lib,
your w32engin.ew window's library and bilingual
(Russian/English) RDS libs now.
10975 color words - global constants, functions,
procedures, types, variables, key words, built-ins.
Unlimited alphabet interpreters for DOS and Windows.
Try, not so bad thing, I think.
Fast and handy for me.

I think that win32lib and w32engin need a *common*
*separate* lib with the API constants definitions.

I have just submitted yours w32engin.ew with
separate constant.e lib to Rob - w32engir.zip.
It is more handy for my work with it.
If you have any protests, stop please the action
