Wow!  I'd better make sure nobody with a Windows 2000 CD breaks into my 
house and gets on my computer!

I'd hope, that my bank department would be smart enough, not to store my
private information on a Windows Computer!!!

Don't count on it. There was a new bank here that was sending out 
handshake requests like the internet was on the LAN side of it's router. 
Anyone interested could have used that to get into the computer as a trusted 
internal remote terminal. 

I had someone i knew in England give them a call. According to the isp 
owner, that created a lot of instant activity at the bank.

Such type of attack is also possible on UNIX systems. Just boot from your
floppy,
mount the drive and change what you need. It is good to use an encrypted
filesystem
and have the machine physicaly secure.
