Don't count on it. There was a new bank here that was sending out handshake requests like the internet was on the LAN side of it's router. Anyone interested could have used that to get into the computer as a trusted internal remote terminal. I had someone i knew in England give them a call. According to the isp owner, that created a lot of instant activity at the bank. Kat

Such type of attack is also possible on UNIX systems. Just boot from your floppy, mount the drive and change what you need. It is good to use an encrypted filesystem and have the machine physicaly secure. Martin
