1. Does EUPHORIA Have This?
Do we have code that lets users at different PCs across the world
communicate real-time? Something I could plug into a Win32Lib proggie...
Yes, basically just some chat code. :)

Eu has my two versions of irc client, Hawke''s irc server, Ray's irc client, An
instant messaging client (who?), and the Hackserv, and i believe someone
wrote a telnet client. And i think someone did some RPC code, which you
could plug a gui onto and chat with.
