1. Please help, can't compile with icons & borland translator error

I've spent hours trying to figure out how to compile my programs
with icons using Watcom C v1.2(or older) or Borland C v5.5, with
the Eu2C translator and Emake.bat. Can someone please help me
by giving me proper steps on simply compiling icons with my
translated then compiled to machine code executables
for Watcom C, Borland C, and if possible LCC and/or DJGPP.

I have already used the resource demos stuff that u can get on
the archieves and i'm too stupid to understand all that.

Please can someone help, I know it should'nt be important but
since I have purchaced the translators and downloaded the compilers
I want to know.

I apprieciate William Heimbigner's effort on trying to help me
but, I could'nt get his way to work. Probably because I get an error
like this when trying to translate with Borland 5.5 and it's
translator:

"Borland installation directory not found."

And it's install path is C:\Borland\Bcc55.
So if some one can help me with this as well. :)

Thanks Greatly for any responses, Vincent

What does your PATH variable look like?
(Open a DOS window and type: SET)

On XP you may need to go into:
   Start Menu
   Control Panel
   Performance and Maintenance
   System
   Advanced
   Environment Variables
   User variables for ...
Select PATH and edit its value.
Insert somewhere: C:\BORLAND\BCC55\BIN;
Click OK a couple of times.
