Hello Igor:

Someone left hatch open and w32engin.ew floated out of the hatch.
I surfaced and sent new zip file to RDS Oct 24 2004 11:45 est usa.

I do not know when RDS will replace file so wait until tomorrow
to download corrected file.

Also try out win32eru for win32lib.
