Hello:

I'm rather new to EUPHORIA but already find it great.

However, I have downloaded "windoz.zip" but can't even get the sample =
"dbf.ex" to run.

Here is the problem:

"graphics.e" (the one contained in "windoz.zip") includes "misc.e"
There is no new "misc.e" provided in "windoz.zip".
The standard "misc.e" contains: "global function reverse(sequence s)"
"font.e" (contained in "windoz.zip") also has a "global function =
reverse(sequence s)"
which is quite different. Meanwhile I know that much, that this =
necessarily leads to the error:

...\font.e:140
attempt to redefine reverse - defined already in =
"...\EUPHORIA\include\misc.e"=20
global function reverse(sequence s)
                                   ^
Somewhere there must be modified/updated files for one or the other =
includes which I don't have.=20

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I think but haven't tried this yet=20
rem the reverse function completely from
font.e to let the new misc.e do the work

I remember windoz being a cool prog.

I think you'd probably have more success by
looking into Jiri Babors widgets to create the=20
same thing.

I'll write back after I've downloaded and tried it out...
