How can I fix it so I set the password and that's the end of it? I am not concerned about security ,hackers or strangers comming in and tampering with my computer. I using Windows 2000. Don Cole SF

Account properties can be accessed from: Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Managemant. Open "Local Users and groups" and click on "Users". This will show all user accounts on your machine. Right-click on your account and select properties. User properties on local accounts can only be modified when running under an account with administrative rights (possibly Power Users). Larry Miller
