1. Background colour in tabitems.

I am writing a program which when I click on a button on the main window =
opens a second window containing two tabitems. The problem I have is =
that any Radio Boxes, Check Boxes and Group titles on either of the =
tabitems have a white background not the system colour background. Also =
if I open the second window with a 'Normal' flag the program behaves =
perfectly but if I open it with a 'Modal' flag it crashes. Any help =
sorting out these problems would be appreciated.
