Hi,
Heres a screen shot from VB 6. The form layout window is in the bottom
right corner, it is possible to set the starting position of a form
(window) by moving its representation in the form layout window.
BTW, AFAIK there is a free version of VB called the control creation
edition which you can download from Microsoft.
