You're doing fine, but I'm sure if you wanted to split the project up, I'm
sure there would be plenty of volunteers. I could get involved again,
especially on the editor.

Me, too. I suspect that an emulated control would be faster, and ultimately
more flexible. Emulating context-sensitive help is probably easier that way
as well. I'm fairly sure that MS uses an emulated editor in it's product.
If someone knows a fast way to do it with Rich Text, I'm all ears.
