There's an app called CopyLock that do exactly this. You can get it at  
http://www.noeld.com/download/copylock.zip or see some comments at 
http://www.noeld.com/dlmisc.htm#CopyLock. No reference to source code 
but No=EBl Danjou seems to be a nice person.
