Here is a very good reference. Just send this message as is. Just cut
and paste the to: line and the Message line. No subject. The mail sent
to you in about a day or so will tell you all the things you can do by
email.
To: mail-server at rtfm.mit.edu
Enter only this line in the MESSAGE of the note:
send usenet/news.answers/internet-services/access-via-email
