1. WIN32

I'm working on WIN32 each day. I'm also very busy supporting
the current DOS version, so things are taking a bit longer than I expected.
There are no major problems, just a lot of little issues that keep popping up.
There should be an alpha release in a month or two.
People who don't know anything about C or WIN32 will not be able to
do very much with the alpha release that they can't already do with the DOS
version.
They'll have to wait for RDS and third parties to develop Euphoria libraries
that they
can call.
On the other hand, if you do know some C and WIN32 you'll be able to
do some pretty neat things.
