1. Another idea for the next Eu
Hi all,
This idea may have come up before; if so, just ignore it. :)
I have wished on many occasions that Euphoria had a block comment delimiter.
E.g. /--this comment can span several lines--/. In other languages, I use
this frequently to temporarily eliminate a block of code which I think might
be causing trouble. In Euphoria I have to put a comment marker in front of
each line--which can cause repetitive stress disorders ;^).
A small inconvenience at worst, certainly not worth flaming anyone over
.
Regards,
Ben

Agreed. Until that happens, there is a useful work-around. In the archives
there is the CS:EE editor, a modified version of Dave Cuny's editor, which
implements a very easy way to comment and later un-comment large selections of
text with a couple of keystrokes.

I completely agree. Multi-line comments would be _very_ nice.
