Is there anyway to use win32lib to get the handle and set the
autohide/always on top options so that a program can run in a maximized
window and not have the task bar in the way? I have seen it done with
directX programs but i am not using it....

The Win32 documentation I've got notes that the taskbar automatically sets
itself to the end of the z-order when it detects a full-screen application
running. But I don't see how to specify that an app is full screen.
