Yes, How about if you use multiple .dll's...say all the stuff that is direct
x6..1 for one .dll, and everything dx7.0 ends up in the new dll. That way
you have less overhead in the old one, and a fixed point on which to build.
Just a thought by someone who knows very little about what you are doing :)
