1. Win32Lib - ListView and w32HChange Event
Anyone has/had problems using the w32HChange event with list views? I
have a program that uses w32HChange with a list view and the event is
not being fired.
Any ideas?

Yes. There was a mistake there. I've fixed it in 0.59.2.

This just contains the include files. The docs and examples aren't in this zip.
