lol, i am extremely sorry about this... i know that alot of people send
emails asking about this, but I accidentally deleted my email that had
instructions on removing yourself from the list. Could someone please help?

You may leave the list at any time by sending a "SIGNOFF EUPHORIA"
command to LISTSERV at LISTSERV.MUOHIO.EDU.

Rob,
On some mailing lists a short one-line instruction on how to leave
the list is added at the end, or right under the information header of
each mail. Perhaps that would be an idea?

or maybe just a pointer to a Euphoria web page detailing the use of the list
server?
