Gee, I don't really know which one I prefer; I would honestly have to say
that I side a bit more towards Jiri's, but nice as it is, it could be made
a bit better, especially in the lack of scrolling up or down through the
charachter set. I would have to go on record as stating that I don't
really think either are fully up to the task of handling what we are
attempting to do here. I would rather have a Hex-Editor type of thing that
can span not only the graphic representations, but also show actual file
configuration also. This comes in very handy for not just me, but also any
serious gamer efforts where there needs be on-the-spot file repairs.
On the other hand, I will take whatever I can get, tending towards the more
simpler of an interface if possible, so that one can concentrate on the
work at hand rather than the application one is using to do that work
with. Maybe this sounds crazy, but that's what I think.
