A sequence of data. such as {1, 2, 3, 4} 4 bytes per value.
what if I used 32bit values. {32bit, 32bit, 32bit, 32bit}
How many bytes do those take? I need to know.
If it is more than 4 bytes then I need to use 31bit values. 8^)

Based on the info in LIBRARY.DOC (peek4s), 32bit values must be stored as
atoms. Since atom values take up 8 bytes per value, you'll probably want to
go with 31bit values.
