2. Please Help

Could anyone give me a sample of a program that will do this.
------
Come into a screen, press 1 for AA, 2 for BB, or 3 to quit.
------
If someone hit 1,  the would input variable w and v, then
the program would put them in the program to solve the equation.  i.e.
91 - v - (w +2.0 * w) * (91 - v)
